The winners of Beijing Inernational Film Festival • the 29th Beijing College Student Film Festival has announced by the official recently. The Film Zero: The Cyber Spirits instructed by Cui Yunpeng, directed by Zheng Yugao and Xiao Zhuxuan stood out from more than 2000 entries, and won the title of the best experimental short film in the 22nd College students original film selection.

 

Through experimental audio-visual ways, the short film Zero: The Cyber Spirits tells the change of the relationship between the characters from the perspective of AI , and uses visual elements to construct physiological perception and construct an imagination of the future.

 

The selection of original Film for College Students was established in 2000. Since then, it has been successfully held for 21 sessions. It has become the oldest and most influential student film festival in the Chinese-speaking region, attracting wide attention from teachers and students in universities and colleges in the domestic and overseas. The award-winning student creation is a concentrated demonstration of the teaching level and students' innovative ability of the School of Animation and Digital Arts, which fully reflects the innovative spirit and excellent ability of the teachers and students to create works.
